The X-Yachts Xc 50 "Dixie" that we have on offer is in exceptional condition and offered by her second owner.

Her first owner has used her very little (only sailed 8.800miles in 10 years on the North Baltics (semi-fresh water) and she was always stored on the hard for approx 8 months a year inside a heated shed. She never did any crossings. Her current owner has improved her from the original high X-yachts standards by changing the electrical system so she is now completely ready for her new owner to enjoy.

When stepping onboard you immediately see that this yacht offers the best from both worlds of comfort and fast sailing. The cockpit is a great place for entertaining family and friends but also will appeal the real sailor, all ropes and lines are within reach and with the powerfull electrical winches from Andersen, she is a breeze to sail.

In the bow is the saillocker, where the A2 and Code O are easily stored.

When steppin down below the saloon, it is hard to think that she has been sailing around for over 10 years already, there is barely any wear and tear visible. On Portside we find the U-shaped galley with top and front loader fridge, a lot of working space on the countertops and a nice coffee corner which works with the high outpout (5000W) inverter. Some may think you want to have a generator for longer durations/stays onboard, but the current owner has installed a high outpout 140Ah alternator with maximum output with only 1500RPM. This save of space can be found in the aft cabin, which is perfect for tools and spareparts. All is prepared if you decide to install a generator nevertheless.

On starboard is the nav station with built in NUC PC with touchscreen with all data from the vessel and charts, this can be used as a stand alone chartplotter aswell. The round-seat sofa can easily fit 8 people for dining and the middle bench can be used for storage. X-yachts really think about performance, all tanks are placed underneath the floorboards so all storage underneath each sofa.

In the Bow is a comfortable "owners-cabin" with sofa, shelving, closets and storage underneath the double V-berth. Next is the en-suite shower with heads. In the Aft are 2 double berths with storage by shelving, cabinets and the starboard cabin has it's own entrance to the heads and shower.

This Xc 50 "Dixie" is a rare opportunity which you cannot compare with yachts that have sailed on salt water and is a must see for those looking for a comfortable yet fast cruiser whom values quality!
