The C-Yacht 10.40 (formerly Compromis) is a high quality Dutch sailing yacht. Her ergonomic and sheltered cockpit, behind the partially fixed spray hood make her very comfortable. Her current owner (also 1st owner) has spared no expense to keep her in this condition. She is equipped with a removable cockpit tent and spray hood from 2022. The sails are high quality sami-laminate from 2020 and 2023. The center cockpit is comfortable and there is an extra step integrated into the deck to bridge the cockpit edge. The gunwales are of fine teak and offer a good walk-through all around. Gas springs are installed in the flaps of the trunk lockers and anchor locker, this makes her very friendly to use and you will notice the details of this famous Dutch yard.

The saloon is spacious with on starboard side the navigation corner with swing seat and various built-in equipment and the cozy round seat around the folding table, behind the backrest are several closets, on board the C-1040 there is no lack of storage options!
In the bow a double V-bed with on both sides cupboards. In the stern to starboard we find the wet room of generous size, also here is a passage to the deep (large) bakskist, this makes it very pleasant when there are things below easy to reach. On the port side, the longitudinal galley with cupboard space on both sides and gimballed 3-burner stove with oven. Through the galley we enter the owners cabin. This is a generous space with a seating area, several closet spaces and double bed in the transverse.
